Herbal Medicine Workshop

Saturday December 15th,11am-2pm
Join Oakland & Healdsburg based Herbalist Allie Cuozzo for a weekend of natural medicine making at The Riddell Preserve, the quiet & wild oasis in Healdsburg, California. Incorporating processes learned from brilliant Herbalists at California School of Herbal Studies alongside & her very Italian upbringing, Allie will teach you how to incorporate medicine in a thoughtful & delizioso way. You'll create your own herbal butter within a forest of Oaks & Madrones that hasn’t changed for centuries. We’ll learn to thoughtfully harvest native species in order to share a hot, vitamin-packed tea blend. Voilà. Tradition is all around.

Space is limited to 12 & all ages welcome

Participants will create a savory & a sweet herbal butter with vegan options available.

Unfortunately, this event is not wheelchair accessible although we are seeking ways to adapt to this in the future. Participants will enjoy a walk up a steep, well-graded trail to the Cabin where we will be creating our herbal medicine.
