Family fun day at Healdsburg Ridge

LandPaths invites you and your family for a fun walk through the woods at Healdsburg Ridge! Together as a group, we will stop along the trails for nature games, treasure hunts, and art activities. We’ll talk about the birds, bugs, and other creatures that call Healdsburg Ridge home. This event will be bilingual, guided in Spanish as well as English.

Where: Healdsburg Ridge Open Space Preserve (Arabian Way, Healdsburg, CA 95448)

We will meet at the end of an Arabian Way in Healdsburg. From Highway 101, take the Dry Creek exit and travel east. Turn left on Healdsburg Avenue, and travel approximately one mile. Turn right onto Parkland Farms Boulevard and travel to the end of the street (approximately ¾ mile). Park along the following streets; Arabian Way, Bridle Path, and Parkland Farms. We will be in a residential area, please drive safely and respect the neighbors. Follow the sign that leads to the beginning of the path. LandPaths staff and volunteers assisting with parking assistance. 

What to bring:

• Water and snacks for the day 
• Comfortable hiking shoes 
• Clothing in layers
• Binoculars, if you'd like 

What to expect:

• Adults will asked to sign a liability waiver 
• We ask that you leave your pets at home for this event 
• We will stay together as a group 
• This event will be guided in English and Spanish, lead by LandPaths staff and volunteer partners

LandPaths le invita a disfrutar de un día familiar al celebrar la temporada de otoño en Healdsburg Ridge Open Space Preserve. Disfrute de actividades para todas las edades. Habrá también oportunidad de explorar el parque en grupo a través de actividades guiadas. Para confirmar su asistencia, favor de contactar nuestras oficinas al 707-544-7284.

¿ Dónde? Healdsburg Ridge Open Space Preserve (Arabian Way, Healdsburg, CA 95448)

Nos reuniremos al final de a calle Arabian Way en Healdsburg. De la autopista 101 tome la salida Dry Creek y viaje al este. Gire a la izquierda en la avenida Healdsburg, y viaje aproximadamente una milla. Gire a la derecha en el Boulevard Parkland Farms y viaje hasta el final de este (aproximadamente ¾ de milla). El estacionamiento es en las calles; Arabian Way, Bridle Path, y Parkland Farms. Favor de respetar el vecindario. Siga el letrero que lo llevara al comienzo del sendero. El personal de LandPaths y voluntarios estarán ayudando con el estacionamiento. Considere el compartir el coche si puede y viaje despacio cuando en el Boulevard Parkland Farms.

Que traer: 

• zapatos cómodo para caminar 

• ropa en capas, para una clima variable

• botella de agua (reusable si es posible) y bocadillos 

• espíritu de diversión

• No hay un baño en la propiedad

• Le pediremos que firme un acuerdo de Liberación de Responsabilidad al llegar.

• No se permiten mascotas ni fumar. ¡Especialmente mascotas fumando!

• Nos quedaremos juntos como grupo y nos iremos juntos.
