Stewardship Workday at Bohemia Ecological Preserve

Give nature a hand! Come and join us at the stunning, 1,000-acre Bohemia Ecological Preserve for a day of stewardship, community-building, a bit of exercise and some fun! Tasks are dependent on need and season. Tasks for this workday may include trail maintenence or invasive species removal.

No experience necessary.  LandPaths will provide other necessary tools. If you have any tools at home, you may bring them.  No power tools please!

Meeting Time,  Location & Directions:

We will meet at 9:00 am at the Bohemia Ecological Preserve Quarry Road entrance entrance (6773 Bohemian Highway)

Directions to Bohemia Ecological Preserve – south gate: The north gate entrance to Bohemia Preserve is located on Bohemian Highway approximately 3 miles north of Occidental.  From the intersection of Graton Road and Bohemian Highway, drive north on Bohemian Highway for approximately 2.5 miles.  A LandPaths sign will be pointing into the entrance.  

Staff or volunteers will be at the entrance to direct you to parking.

What to Bring:

Picnic lunch, snacks & water, backpack
Sturdy boots or shoes that can get muddy
Work gloves, eye protection
Hat and sun screen 

Details Details:

You will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
There is a porta-potty on the property
There is no potable water available on the property.
No pets or smoking are permitted.
