Stewardship Workday at the Healdsburg Open Space Preserve

Wednesday, November 28th
9am-1pm

 Leaders:  Nicolas Whitaker, LandPaths Staff

Please RSVP for this workday below.

In the event of heavy rain or wind

please call LandPaths’ event line at 707-544-7284 then press 1 after 7am on the morning of the workday.  If plans for the workday have been changed, we’ll leave a special outgoing message.  Otherwise, the workday will proceed as planned.

Lend a hand to steward the beautiful Healdsburg Ridge Open Space Preserve. Volunteer stewards maintain the trails, preserve natural resources, meet new people, learn new things, and feel good about the work they accomplish. Without help from volunteers like you, many parks like this wouldn’t exist!

Tasks for this workday: For October's workday, we will be walking the trails inspecting the preserve's drainage features to insure that they are ready to handle this coming winter's rain, fixing ditches and waterbars where necessary!
